PUBLIC HEARING June 2, 2020 at 7:00 P.M.

Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007.

The amending Bylaw #10-2020 proposes amendments to Section 104 of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by adding “Industrial Equipment Repair Shop” as a discretionary use to the M4 – Small Holdings Industrial District.

A Public Hearing regarding Bylaw #10-2020 will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in Town Council Chambers. If you or any group of citizens support or are opposed to the proposed amendments please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than Thursday, February 28, 2019 or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
