The Town of Slave Lake’s Community Recognition Program was developed to help residents recognize other community members and their achievements in designated categories.
The Sports Excellence category is to recognize Athletes who may have achieved distinction in other locations, or locally, and are customarily perceived to be from Town of Slave Lake. Athletes and teams would have typically completed their sport season before being nominated. Achievements would be at the highest level available to them.
