Residents who have not scheduled their water meter replacement appointment with the Town of Slave Lake received a $300 charge on their latest utility bill.

This charge can be waived if your water meter replacement appointment is scheduled, and the meter is replaced prior to June 28th at end of business day.

Residents are requested to fill out an online appointment form or contact the Town Office between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to schedule an appointment for their replacement meter. 

The installation and new meter comes at no cost to account holders. The Town of Slave Lake will be charged $300 for any meters that are not returned to the manufacturer. This is the reason for the $300 charge to accounts that had not scheduled their water meter replacement appointments prior to the last billing cycle.

Appointment times for water meter installations are Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
