BYLAW #07-2023 (Amend the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007)
Town Council is considering amending the Land Use District Map of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by redistricting as follows:
Plan 5521 KS, Block 11, Lot 1 (401 – 3 Ave. NE)
From R1 – Standard Detached Residential District to C4 – Neighbourhood Commercial District

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than March 16, 2023, or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
