The Subdivision and Appeal Board is looking to add 3 public members at large to its board. Training is provided and paid for by the Town and an honorarium is paid for attending any appeal hearings.
The Subdivision and Appeal Board meets when a development permit has been denied by the Municipal Planning Commission. The applicant has the opportunity to appeal the MPC decisions and bring the matter to the SDAB Board for review and a decision.
