Property assessment is the process of estimating a fair actual value (average market value) of properties throughout your municipality.
Assessments are based on market conditions as of July 1 of the previous year and the physical condition and characteristics as of December 31 of the previous year.
The assessment process has been conducted in accordance with Alberta Legislation and Regulations relating to assessment, by our designated assessor: KCL Consulting Inc.
Information on the assessment process, including information on what to do if you disagree with the assessment, can be found on the town website at the following link: https://www.slavelake.ca/197/Property-Assessment.
Please contact the Town of Slave Lake at 780-849-8000 if you are not able to use the methods on the property assessment page to contact the assessor and we can submit inquiry on your behalf.
