There have been notifications sent out for recalculation of TIPP (Tax Installment Preauthorized Payment Letters). There was a system error on the letters sent to those with a payment process twice a month (15th & 30th) and those with a once at the end of the month payment process (30th/31st). Residents who have a one time payment process on the 15th of each month did not receive this error. Please be aware that this error did not affect accounts and was just an incorrect calculation.
We are working promptly to make this correction and will be sending amended notifications letters as soon as possible. The new letters will state that they are amended.
