Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #20-2007.
The amending bylaw proposes amendments to Section 89(2) by adding Medical Offices - Outpatient as a permitted use to the above noted section.
The purpose of this proposed amendment is to add this use to the district to facilitate a wider variety of rental uses.
If you or any group of citizens support or are opposed to the proposed amendments please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than October 27, 2021 or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
