Town Council is giving consideration to amending Land Use Bylaw #22-2007.
The amending bylaw proposes amendments to Part 11, Commercial District, 92(2) by adding Hotels as a permitted use to the above noted section. This amendment is being made to enable more uses within the UV - Urban Village District.
If you or any group of citizens support or are opposed to the proposed amendments please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than Thursday, September 30, 2021 or verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
