PUBLIC HEARING

September 7, 2021 @ 7:00 P.M. IN TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS

BYLAW #13-2021 (Amend the Downtown & Main Street Area Plan Map)

 

Town Council is considering amending the Land Use Map of the Downtown & Main Street Area Plan (Figure 4) by re-designating as follows:

Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 892 1201 located at 801 Main Street SE

From C2– Secondary Commercial District to UV –Urban Village District

 

If you or any group of citizens either support or are opposed to this proposed amendment, please deliver a letter to the Town Office no later than September 1, 2021 or contact the Planning Department at 780-849-8004 to verbally make a presentation at the Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
