“Walk Your Way to Fitness” is back
Starting March 9th, 2021 to April 27th, 2021, Tuesday’s 5:30-6:30pm at the Multi Rec Centre. $48 for 8 classes.
Join instructor Donna Melvin for this one-hour mild program that consists of a warm up, walk, cool down, mild exercises and stretches. This program is offered to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Lace up your sneakers, wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat and walk your way to fitness!
**Please note, as per the Government of Alberta Step 2 restrictions a mask must be worn during this program** Doors will be open 15 minutes before program start time.
