Town Council is considering amending the Land Use District Map of the Land Use Bylaw #22-2007 by re-districting as follows:
Lot 1, Block 36, Plan 5928 RS (located at 300 - 12 Street SE)
from R1 – Standard Detached Residential District to R2 – Medium Density Residential District
A Public Hearing regarding Bylaw #03-2021 will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town Office. You are welcome to attend the Public Hearing on March 16, 2021 in person and speak in favour or against the application if you choose. If you wish to attend the Public Hearing by Zoom please contact the Planning Department no later Monday, March 15, 2021 so we can provide you with the meeting phone number and I.D. number so you may attend. Once you have this information you will be able to phone into the meeting and provide your comments and/or concerns to Council. If you wish to provide Council with a written submission regarding this application, please email to email@example.com. Written submissions must be received no later than Thursday, March 11, 2021 so they can be published on the Town’s website and be provided to Council in advance of the meeting.
