Power Walking Course

This one-hour, mild to moderate workout consists of a warm-up, cardio (power walk), cool down, resistance training, core/abdominal exercises, and concludes with relaxing stretches. This program is offered to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. So lace up your sneakers, wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and WALK YOUR WAY TO FITNESS! This program is for ages 16+.

This program runs every Wednesday in the CNRL Fieldhouse (Multi-Rec Centre) Starting on October 7th and running until December 2nd 

This program starts at 6:00 PM to 7:00 every Wednesday. 

$48.00 per person.
