The Projects department manages the design and construction process for major town capital projects including utilities, roads, parks, and public buildings.

Capital Planning

The Projects department ensures the Town has a sustainable long-term capital plan by developing and maintaining the tools necessary to support the capital planning and budgeting process.

Health & Safety

The Projects department ensures and promotes healthy and safe worksites as per the standards set out under the Occupational Health & Safety Legislation, Town Policies and Procedures, and WHMIS Guidelines.
