This one hour, mild to moderate workout consists of a warm-up, cardio (power walking), cool down, resistance training, core/abdominal exercises and concludes with stretching. This program is for men and women of all fitness levels. So lace up your sneakers, wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and WALK YOUR WAY TO FITNESS!
