Attention Utility Account Holders

Utilities - Schedule Water Meter Appointment

All Residents are now able to fill out the Water Meter Replacement Form. 

All residents, who have not done so, are are requested to fill out an online appointment form or contact the Town office (780-849-8026) between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to schedule an appointment for a new water meter. 

IF YOUR WATER METER HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE BOOKED IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID A $300 CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR YOUR MAY UTILITY BILL, WHICH IS MAILED IN EARLY JUNE, AS THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS ENDING.


We are changing all meters working or not working , with the exception of what has changed already from Nov 2017 to present.

Appointment times for water meter installations will be Monday and Friday from 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M.; and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 11:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Our utility clerk will call to arrange a time with you for our Water Meter Technician to come replace your water meter. 

We do require that an adult over the age of 18 be present during the appointment. If you do require any further assistance or more information, please contact the Town Utility Clerk via email utilities@slavelake.ca or call us 780-849-8026.

Please note that there is no cost for the replacement meter as this is a warranty replacement.
