*UPDATE* Warranty Water Meter Replacement

Residents in the South West

are now able to fill out the Water Meter Replacement Form. 

Residents in the South West quadrant are requested to fill out an online appointment form or contact the Town office (780-849-8026) between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to schedule an appointment for a new water meter. 

Along with Residents in the South West, Residents in the South East including Springwood Dr. NE, Springwood Lane NE, and Christiansen Court NE who have yet to fill out the form are asked to as well. 

We are changing all meters working or not working , with the exception of what has changed already from Nov 2017 to present.

Appointment times for water meter installations will be Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M., Wednesday 11:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Our utility clerk will call to arrange a time with you for our Water Meter Technician to come replace your water meter. 

We do require that an adult over the age of 18 be present during the appointment. If you do require any further assistance or more information, please contact the Town Utility Clerk via email utilities@slavelake.ca or call us 780-849-8026.

Please note that there is no cost for the replacement meter as this is a warranty replacement.
