Being in an exercise environment can be intimidating, and The Town of Slave Lake wants to find wellness based niches that the community wants and needs so we can offer bigger and better program for all of our residents.

To achieve this, The Town of Slave Lake wants to host a wellness month in January, 2019. Throughout the month a variety of physical activity opportunities will be hosted for all abilities, from track workouts, to group lead stretching classes, to bootcamps in the fieldhouse, to family workouts.

To help us ensure we create a month full of opportunities for all we ask everyone to fill out this quick survey to ensure we can month full of opportunities for everyone.

The Town will also continue focusing on encouraging more use of our current programming such as drop in sports, lane swimming, and aqua-size, but the ultimate goal of this project is to be able to offer more regular wellness engaging activities in the community, and find out more of what the public wants.
