2017 Summer Splash Day Camp Themes:
Week 1: Water Wipe Out (July 3 - July 7)
School is out and Camp is in! Campers will dive into a week full of water activities including slip n slides, water balloon games, water gun fights, splash park visits and more!

Week 2: Earth Week (July 10 - July 14) 
This week campers will engage in crafts and activities centered around nature and sustainability. A trip to the landfill to see what happens to our waste and afternoon at Canyon Creek park are exciting out trips scheduled. 
Week 3: Sportball Week (July 10 - July 15) 
Sportball is back this summer for another full week of a variety of sports! Sportball is an organization from Edmonton that focuses on building kids skills and  knowledge on different types of sports. They do this through fun and non-competitive activities that all kids will enjoy. Sportball also focuses on developing kids fine motor skills as well as their physical literacy.   

Week 4: Shark Week (July 24 - July 28) 

Dunnnn dunn, dunnn dun... It's Shark Week! Join us for a week full of shark activities and crafts. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn about sharks as well as spend a day at the EC Bar Ranch Corn Maze!

Week 5: Art Attack (July 31 - August 4) 
Do you love learning new art techniques? The Art Camp will be joining Summer Splash this week to teach a variety of art classes all morning! 

Week 6: Safety Week (August 8 - August 11) 
This week is all about safety! What kind of safety? We will be exploring fire safety, having guests from ACTO electric, visiting the pool for water safety and participating in bike/helmet safety throughout this week!

Week 7: Canada 150 (August 14 - August 18)

Happy 150th Birthday Canada! Campers will be celebrating Canada’s birthday with fun filled water activities, crafts, and Canadian themed games. The Boreal Centre is also organizing two days of Canada 150 fun with our camp on Wednesday and Thursday.

Week 8: Throwback Week (August 21 - August 25)

This week let's play our favorite games and activities that we participated in throughout the summer! Special activities will include mini golf and games at Spruce Point Park as well as a fun private swim at the pool!
